Our team can be booked for almost any event you can imagine. Our most common events we cater to are weddings, corporate functions, school dances & grads, and bar/bat mitzvahs. We certainly do not limit ourselves to these events.

Our base rates vary for different event types, and we have packages suitable for all events and budgets, no matter how big or small. We’ve been in our market for a long time and we know we are providing a high–quality service. Because of that, we firmly believe we can custom fit our services to fit almost any event.
There is some difference in experience among our DJs. However, we personally train and skill test all of our DJs, so we can guarantee consistency and professionalism for every event. And, of course, we ensure all of our DJs are highly skilled in music mixing, hosting, sound, and lighting. A great reputation is important for us to maintain. Your DJs will always be courteous and professional.
Our Calgary DJ service is a proud and active members of many local and national DJ and live event associations, All our music is CONNECT Licensed for both copied CD’s and music on a hard drive or laptop. All our music is 100% legally purchased from CONNECT licensed music suppliers. We have purchased hard drive licenses to play music off of our computer. This is a must for all DJ’s using computers. We carry $2 million dollars in liability insurance that is becoming a mandatory requirement for most hotel & banquet halls. Once we meet to hear your event plans we will send you our DJ contract with all the terms and requirements to make your event a success.
Alberta’s Best DJs (ABDJ) is the parent company to both Split Circuit Sound and Westrax DJ services. In an effort to separate our services and solidify our image in the event industry, we chose the name Alberta’s Best DJs because it reflects our goals and aspirations as individuals and as a company. Through ABDJ, we ensure the same standards of service and excellence are maintained through Split Circuit Sound and Westrax brands. We may be reinventing our image, but our service and your satisfaction has only been improved.
Westrax is our valued partner, and another member of the Alberta’s Best DJ family. While we often recommend booking our services for premium events, our sister company, Westrax offers DJ services for Jr & Sr High grads, After Grads, school dances, and for youth/teen events of all sizes.
